Well, after installing Multihack, my board (ultimatebb.cgi) gives this error when I try to load it:

Error including required files: No such file or directory
Make sure these files exist, permissions are set properly, and paths are set correctly

I installed the following mods at once:

Admin Sees Passwords
Avatar Hack
Mail-On-Move
News Fader
Preview Post
Smilies Mod V1.0
Statistics

The main page loads for me. I noticed a few probs s with your forum too. You haven't installed the vars_wordlet_mods.cgi and some hacks that you have on your forum need it.
